When working with StudioVB, our clients receive full-service, turn-key interior design services. This means that we work with you from concept to completion, and all of the steps in between. We know your time is valuable, so this approach also allows our clients the ability to sit back and let us work our magic - taking care of all the details for you! It’s this level of service that enables us to fully realize the design potential of your home, to guide you smoothly through each phase of the project, to turn our comprehensive design plan into a fully completed space, and ultimately, to deliver our best final results.

Project Discovery

We begin with an in-depth intake process - including a discovery call, design questionnaire, and an in-person design consultation. We work together to define your goals, scope, investment, timeline, and style! At this stage, we also take measurements, photographs, and notes - gathering all of the information we’ll need to begin the design. From there, we’ll present a project proposal to you outlining our services and fees for your approval!

DESIGN + Selections

Then, once you are signed on with us, we get right to work! We start with conceptual design where we nail down the spatial layout, aesthetic direction, and estimated investment for the project. From there, we continue into design development where we make all product selections, fine tune the design details, and present our comprehensive design plan to you. And, after any necessary revisions, your final approval initiates the start of the next phase.

Procurement

During this phase, we turn the design plan into action - taking care of all the details for you! We prepare product invoices for payment, and then place orders, track production and shipping, and manage inventory of all products for your project, ensuring that every last item is in good condition and ready for the next phase. To minimize disruption to your home, all products await delivery to the project site until our scheduled turn-key installation.

Trade Supervision

Meanwhile, we also refer and oversee all renovation work to be completed for the project. We act as your liaison and direct the trade team to ensure that our carefully designed plans are executed properly, to our quality standards, and to address any unforeseen issues. This phase ends when the renovation work is complete and the spaces are ready for installation.

INSTALLATION + Styling

This phase is when everything comes together! Our design team provides on-site turn-key installation and styling of the space to bring the project to its beautiful completion! This installation includes white-glove delivery of furniture, lighting, and rugs, installation of window treatments, art and wall decor, and final styling of all decor and accessories for the project.

REVEAL + Project Wrap

With installation complete, we welcome you to your beautiful new space! We walk you through the finished space allowing you to explore our design vision come to life. We, of course, tackle any punch list items and schedule a photo shoot before considering the project complete. Then, it’s time to enjoy your new home that we are confident you will absolutely love!
